Not sure where to post this, but I just need to know what format is acceptable for my signature picture. I tried .jpg, .jpeg and .psd, but they won't work.

Most of the time it has nothing to do with the type of file.
It is the size of the file. Make sure it is a small one.

You can go to imageshack and select the option to resize for an Avatar. As long as the original file is not uber huge it will work.

Not only physical size but file size as well.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 9.8 KB (whichever is smaller).
