Went from a decatted stock head pipe, slip ons, a SE air cleaner, and a PCV. To a fuel moto 2-1-2 headpipe and a powervision. Noticed after the install and its maiden voyage I have more vibes when letting off throttle and higher RPM applications. Would yall say this is a result of the new harmonics of the new headpipe or do you think there is a possibility my crank has slipped with just 3500 miles? Bike is rode hard I take care of it but when I ride I do ride it pretty aggressively.

As above said, I had the same thing and it was the D&D header pipe rubbing the right footboard after cranking. With the engine cutoff, it was close but not touching. Check these things and it should be the problem.

thats what im figuring too. didnt notice it touching anything but good idea may be touching with it running. Its not extreme vibration like a buzzy feeling that makes your feet go numb and mainly in upper revs past 3.5k to 4k when it starts. Thinking it also may just be the different pipe may have changed the tone a little and im feeling more of it now.

One other possibility is a lean condition in that rpm range. I lean condition can cause vibration.

Try loosening the clamp bolts at the slip on, head pipe junction and loosen the muffler bracket bolts at the rear of the mufflers. Start the bike, let is idle a couple minutes, shut off engine and retighten the bolts.

I would double check the installation before I would condemn the anything else. Make sure the pipes or anything is hitting a floorboard or something.
