All of my HDs have had a 4-5% speedometer error. Just checked the fltru's with gps and it is almost spot on. Maybe 1/2 to 1 mph error.
Anyone else notice this improvement?
Are you using the GPS that's built into the Infotainment system, or a stand alone GPS? My built in GPS speed matches the analogue speedometer, but I'm not convinced it's actually GPS speed. It could be getting the data from the speedometer sensor.

My work bike (2014) is around 10% off. I haven't confirmed if my FLTRU is accurate or not yet, with a stand alone GPS or radar...

Nice. I've been curious to find out if my 16 was accurate or not, but had not gotten around to checking it yet.

I'm glad your's is accurate, it's always bugged me that the 14 was so far off. I took it in (twice) for warranty, and got the ever popular "could not duplicate customer concern". Then they told me I was looking at the speedometer wrong. I-kid-you-not...

I'll throw my Zumo on one of these days and confirm if my 16 is as accurate as yours is. GPS hasn't been a real priority since it's now built in...
