I currently have 2013 fltru with stock head unit and biketronics 7p1 in faring with rf 300x2 pushing them, Im wanting to add the infinity 62.11i's in my lowers and a set of decent speakers in my tp which currently are stock running off the head unit. I've been looking at these 2 amp and trying to decide which one based on what I've been reading on here. I do not alway have my tp on, which is why I'm adding speaker pods to my lowers, which I keep on year around. I have yet to read of a great set of 5.25's to put in my tp that will be ok with these amps. So... What is your opinion on these 2 amps and maybe a set of tp speakers? If I will have to add an adapter to the tp for the speakers, that's no big deal either, if with an adapter the infinity 62.11s will fit, I'll just get them... Thanks for reading the long winded post that is similar to the other post. I figure around 150 for an amp and 150 per set of speakers will be my budget on this, plus adapters if needed. I already have the Harley lower pods, HD screens and screws.

I just upgraded to bigger and better. Believe the st4 will work fine for your needs. I used it for two sets of 2 ohm Polk mm last summer. If you'd like to try it before you buy it. I'll send it to you -$5 shipping. If you like it you can buy your own and send it back or make me an offer. If you're interested let me know.

I have a 13 RGU and have 6.5 speakers in my tour pack. Currently running the Stealth 4.1000D to all 4 speakers. Not bad at all!

So after doing more reading... The pn4.1000d is another amp I may consider, did not realize there was an st4.1000d and the pn4.1000d.... Thanks for the replays so far, will put this all to consideration....

The pn4.1000, while I'm sure it's a good amp, might give you problems if you're planning on mounting in the fairing. It's nearly 5 wide and over 10 long. I don't think it's been confirmed if it will fit behind the glove box or not. Even if it will that's a lot of amp to be hanging from even a good Velcro like 3m dual lock. Just an FYI.

Anyone have a suggestion for tour pack speaker adapters/spacers? The 62.11i's I bought don't fit flush, I did not figure they would but gave it a shot... So the only ones I've found so far are on vtwin.com, is there any others out there? Or a suggestion of another 2 ohm speaker I can put in the tour pack pod? I have 30 days to return a set of the infinitys I bought at car toys, I'm purchased the st4.1000d amp to run the tour pack and my lowers... Thanks

I have the vtwin adapters. They will help with speakers that are too deep, but don't do much for larger size magnets. A good quality speaker that fits with the vtwin adapters is alpine type R 6.5s.

The guys over at the other forum like the SS amp a lot. I have read way to many threads over there in the audio section. Got talking to the guys and they steered me in the right direction, Full of info over there.
Frim what i remember one of the guys said that the arc audio speaker, 602?) was by far the best speaker for the lowers. Those guys have been super helpful to me. There is no guessing and only first hand experience fro those guys

In my experience, you get what you pay for. I've never used the arc speakers but I would have a hard time believing they are better than Focals or Hertz.
