Being a newbie to Harley’s I did a good deal of research on how to gain power without cracking open the motor (yet anyway). Here is what I decided on a harley heavy breather, harley performance tuner and a D&D boss fat cat pipe. I had all the work done at RC Cycles in Hayward, CA and I’m very happy with the results. I provided a list of the parts and the dyno result below.

Parts List
Screamin' Eagle Street Performance Tuner Kit (part number) 41000008B

Nice numbers from Bob's tune. Enjoy!

I could not view the video. Says that it is private.

Wow those are similar numbers I got with similar mods but I also did SE255 Cams and high flow oil pump! However I reside in the Mile High city, less o2 up here...

She sounds great!

Looks and sounds great! Your numbers came out a little better than mine with similar mods. I have the same tuner, but went with the SE Ventilator intake, Jackpot 2-1-2 and Rineharts. My numbers came out 84.5 max pwr, and 101 on torque.

You will love that setup. I had it on my 2010 FLTRX with a 96" with the ventilator breather and my numbers were right below that 82hp/99tq. You will have plenty of reliable power and I wouldn't mess anything else until you have to.
