I like the tall boy seat better than the stock seat. I bought the tall boy seat back when I had my 08 SG, and kept it when i got the 12 RG. I didnt notice much for it being harder. ...I just needed something to push me back a little.

I'm 6'6" and 235lbs. I've always been comfortable with the tall boy on long rides.
