I got the chance to buy a new rear facia from and 07 street glide, it has the side fillers and tail light, $150.00. Will it bolt rite up or will it need some work to fit..It is vivid black so I will have to paint it, not a problem..

I pretty sure you will need a newer fender for a 99, as you have the fender tip light, and a 99 rear fender has holes in it for the light...

You'll need the stud plates too, or some folks put it on with double sided tape...

Thanks, I think I will just take my spare fender and make it like I want it, streched and smoothed.
