I can only speak second hand for my son, (he doesn't post online). He bought a set of Supershox at for his '13 RG Ultra over the summer. He fell in love with them 2up on the way to and from Shark Week St George this year but was involved in an accident on the way back to Colorado, totaling the bike. He contacted Brian and was asked to send the shocks in for inspection before putting them on a new to him Limited and Brian serviced (ie rebuilt) the shocks and sent them back at no charge. The service is second to none.
