Nice jump into the colour pool.
Had an 800 with yellow baskets on the one I just traded.Get your ergos right and then throw a 400-800 watt amp and a set of GZ yellow basket or MMAT fairing speakers in your fairing and riding bliss will be yours!
pictures don’t do that bike justice, in person that’s an awesome color imoAfter many years of taking a conservative approach to HD colors (vivid black, etc.) thought I'd have a little fun this time. Looked hard at the Atlas Silver but decided to go, ahem, whole hog, and try the Prospect Gold. Also went from a Limited to a Special and I'm thoroughly enjoying the shit out of it. Stage 1, Zombie Tabs, a few CD lights, and a Freedom Shield. Wife said I'd lost my mind, no great loss there...

+1 on the paint matched inner fairing. For my taste, that does more to give the bike a 'finished' look than anything else you can put on it. If I started over again with a new bike, that would likely be the first thing I'd change.I appreciate all of the positive comments. I was on the fence for a while but I'm glad I took the plunge, sitting in the sunlight it makes ya smile. Plans are to hook up with the Fairing Exchange later this year at BB&B and have a matching inner fairing installed.
I really like the Gloss Vivid Black inner on the blacked out Specials. It gives it a good contrast.+1 on the paint matched inner fairing. Yes, I think it depends on the bike's color as to whether you match it or do gloss black.I really like the Gloss Vivid Black inner on the blacked out Specials. It gives it a good contrast.
I just replaced my inner and outer fairing a few years ago, so I had the chance to colour match my inner fairing. With my Copper bike, I felt it would have been just too much glitter in my face - went to gloss black and only painted my glove boxes. My bike is built to pound miles, not look like bling in the parking lot and I didn't want that sparkling paint and reflection in my face when I'm on my 10+ hour rides.Yes, I think it depends on the bike's color as to whether you match it or do gloss black.
