It's a Harbor Freight Titanium Unlimited 140 Multiprocess welder. It does flux core, MIG, TIG and stick. I had a flux core before this one, the welds were super dirty as there's no shielding gas, this new one produces much better results.

As far as making these to sell them...I'd consider it, although I'd need to source the U bold clamps. You can see in the picture below where I circled in yellow that there's no material on the sides. The one I used had material there, I wouldn't want to do them if the clamp part didn't have a "side" to it, and honestly I'm really not sure if I'd want to fabricate sides on all of them if I can't find the right ones. The one I used was old and rusty and had sides already. Let me look around, I'd guess with fabricating the fairing, all the welding & grinding, I had about 2 hours into mine, and of course that was the first one. I'd think I'd ask $45 or so for them if I decide to do them.
