I installed the Thunder Max with auto tune on my 09 SG. Looking to change out my exhaust but cant figure out how to disconnect the wire from the 02 sensors...seems there's some sorta clip on each end of the wire..
Any trick of getting it apart so I can unscrew each sensor?
Thx!!

Follow the wire to a junction block. If it's like the 11 it is under the right side cover. That's where you disconnect.

The leads for the sensors are 12-18" long. The plug for the front will be under the frame near the transmission. The rear plug was probably routed around behind everything and coiled up near the T-Max itself. The clips you are talking about are part of the plug assembly. Take a close look at it when you have cut the wire ties and have some slack to play with. It is not real obvious where the plug comes apart. Look for the 2 locking tab holders on the computer side of the plug. Then you will see the tabs inside them. 80% of the plug is on the O2 side, not the computer side. Using a very small screw driver you can release them one at a time and work the plug apart. It's real obvious once it's apart but hard to see when plugged together. Hope this helps.

They can be difficult to pull apart. There is a tab you need to depress while pulling the two halves. Do the rear one first as it is easier to see. Look for the tab and depress while pulling. When you reassemble be sure to use dielectric grease.
