Glad you like it. Looks like an angry bitch. Is this where she says, "Hey don't go away Madstad...just go away!" ????
13" Madstad here and I have yet to understand how you guys manage light cigars/smokes at speed. Even after fiddling with the angle and height on mine a lotAs I was riding down the road at 85 with my 13" madstad all the way down and lighting my cigar this weekend.... I was thinking how much I love my madstad.
He's probably using the standard lighter that is in the fairing. I could be wrong though and maybe he is using a Bic or Zippo.13" Madstad here and I have yet to understand how you guys manage light cigars/smokes at speed. Even after fiddling with the angle and height on mine a lot
My third season as well. Wouldn't be without it and and I don't mind the look at all. I think it looks better than a lot of the tall, curved, swoopy (i invented that word) shields out there.I don't care for the look at all. That being said, it works so well that I am on my 3rd season with the Madstad!
Just my regular old flame cigar lighter. Puts a little more stout flame than a Bic. My C&C seat drops me about 1.5" from stock. With the 13" all the way down I use a clineometer app with my phone to set the angle to 57 degrees. I do have an ultra with lowers which help a ton. I'm 5'9". I got a 13" to make sure it was high enough with the wife. I have to raise it up about 2" with her. Oh yeah, I like the way it looks.He's probably using the standard lighter that is in the fairing. Yes but does Stedman ?Even Oprah likes how she looks in a selfie. Just sayin'...
Anyone notice the ghetto spinner wheels seem to be making a comeback too, seen several sets of them lately.
Functional ain't always pretty. Sometimes you can't have both. You want a fun hot stripper that doesn't cook or clean, or do you maybe deal with a hammer toe/webbed feet or maybe a love handle or two on a nice looking woman that pampers you and makes you happy?
Strippers are fun but not for the long run
Madstad=great function with love handles
8" clock werks=sexy fun non functional
I'm still using the clock werks, but someday I might settle down with a madstad
Just having fun sharknose, I had Madstad on a Ulysses and like it. I actually have 12" on right now and got a couple of tall shields from my brother when he traded his for a 2015 that I'll use on a long trip etc. one is klockwerks 16" and other harley 19" which I probably won't use.You can have both form and function. Try a 12" klockwerks or use the height tool on the Cee Baileys website. I tool around Houston with a 8" klockwerks, but put on my 15" Cee Baileys Trssc dome for long trips.
