Nothing says Christmas like Santa on a Harley. Ok, that’s a slight exaggeration. But you can ho-ho-ho with Santa’s elves on Harleys, Hondas, Yamahas, BMWs November 18 as the 32nd Annual Toys 4 Tots Run rumbles across south Okaloosa County.

The run is sponsored each year by the Emerald Coast HOG Chapter #0672 and Heritage Cycles Harley- Davidson.

The run, a holiday tradition in Fort Walton Beach and Niceville, gathers motorcyclists together for fun, music and food. The run also collects toys and gift cards for the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center’s healing child abuse victims and abandoned kids living at the Children in Crisis Children’s Neighborhood.

The run begins in Fort Walton Beach with registration starting at 8:30 a.m. in the Sam’s Club parking lot on Beal Parkway, next to Walmart.

All motorcycles are welcome. Entry fee is $10 per participant and a new toy or gift card. Many bikers stop in Sam’s Club or Walmart to pick out their registration toy or gift card—including many bicycles and helmets.

The bike parade starts at 11 a.m.

Riders will head south on Beal and hang a left at Yacht Club Drive NE. At the intersection of Yacht Club and Eglin Parkway, riders will turn left and head north on Eglin, through Shalimar and up State Road 85 (Eglin Parkway NE). Then riders turn left on Wolverine Ave/College Boulevard to the Mullet Festival site close to Northwest Florida State College’s Niceville campus.

The long line of motorcycles passing is an impressive sight, so if you’d like to watch, get yourself a front row seat along one of those roads by 11 a.m. At the festival site they’ll have live music, food, door prizes, a silent auction, best decorated bike awards and adult and children’s motorcycle contests.
