Hi all,

I use spotify all the time via Bluetooth from a Samsung S5. I used to be able to track up or down when playing a downloaded playlist, but now it doesn't work.

Any ideas of what I can do to fix this issue? I have a 15 RGS with stock infotainment system that has not been updated since I purchased the bike in April of this year.

Thank you for the response!

When I try to select scan it's "grayed out" it won't allow me to select that field in that portion of set up.

I don't understand why that's happening being it should have been checked if it was working before.

Maybe a trip to the stealer is in order unless you or any of the other members may have any other ideas.
