Hi all,

I use spotify all the time via Bluetooth from a Samsung S5. I used to be able to track up or down when playing a downloaded playlist, but now it doesn't work.

Any ideas of what I can do to fix this issue? I have a 15 RGS with stock infotainment system that has not been updated since I purchased the bike in April of this year.

Go into the system and check the scan on/off icon.
If it's not highlighted it will not work.
Once you check the scan it should then work.
Let us know how it worked out.
