Wife and I pulled the trigger for a trailer this month, actually ordered it April and just picked it up. N-Line from West Des Moines IA. Wife and I take no less than 2 week trips beyond the day trips around here where the fight is always on as to what she can take, what she must leave behind and so on usually making the first day(s) tentative at best for attitude comfort. This gives us 80# capacity in 11 cu.ft., trailer weighs in at 120+/- and dropping weight out of the bike boxes will allow the added pull weight. Did not know what to expect but a empty sail behind me on the way back into MO with side winds and semi's on two lane it was never noticed as being towed. Should be a major positive for us.

I have been pulling N-Line trailers for over 10 years
Would not pull anything else for lots of reasons
Get improved mileage + 2mpg
1 tire track means you can dodge road kill and pot holes
Trailer does not hydroplane in downpour you have already cleaned out the track
Narrow profile - no wider than saddle bags
When properly loaded you could forget it is back there
Handles great in corners
Rated for 100# keeps you from bringing too much crap
Unloads wife's bike from luggage
Looks cooler than other trailers
Could keep going but you get the idea

Plus 1 on everything mentioned above, love my N-Line. Just got back from a 2300 mile trip towing it most likely overloaded the entire time, and tows awesome. Even pulled across the tail of the dragon loaded down.

How pricey are those? I have a two wheel trailer that we pull once a year or so. I dread having it hooked up.

last I checked they were around 3 grand IIRC

dream wud be a Tailwind , but they are really spendy , and when the fellow who builds them passes they will probably go with him ..

Here is a pic of the trailer hooked up to the bike, maybe someday I will have it color matched to the CVO. I ended up getting mine used for $1500.00 but have another 400.00 in the hitch for the bike, and a trailer wiring isolator.

Just brought up a great point
N-line make the only hitch I will put on - period
They are a receiver style that look and act as if they came from the factory
Both of the ones installed on my bikes are 1 piece NO flex
I have them on 2 of bikes now, I needed another for a bike I was hoping to take on vacation. It was not immediately available in black, so rather than buy a different brand hitch I changed my plans on which bike to take.
They come in chrome or black and look like the grew in place
