I just wanted to give a shout out to them for some great customer service yesterday. I bought some Progressive 944 shocks from them on April 25, 2012. The shocks have developed leaks and I need to send them back to Progressive. I was told by the Progressive tech that I would need my original invoice to get an authorization number to return them.
I wasn't having any luck finding that receipt so I contacted the folks at US Motoman to see if they could help. I was able to pinpoint the date of the sale and to my surprise and jubilation they were able to email me that receipt.
Thanks again for that prompt service and for making my life much easier with respect to getting the shocks repaired!
