After discussing my issues with the FP3 and speaking with Chris Neely from Vance and Hines, he authorized overnight shipping of a new unit to me at no cost to me, with a return label to send back the old unit for testing. He monitors the forums regularly and was instrumental in regaining my respect for their company and customer service. I am relieved to feel once again confident that they're not just another big company concerned only with their bottom line. And value their customers and strive to support us as consumers. Kudos!

Good to hear. I recently purchased an FP3 to add once I take my shark out of storage. HOPEFULLY I won't have any issues, but it's good to know they're standing behind their product.

I've been using their older V&H fuel pak for several years. They have always treated me great when I needed them. They're great to do business with

Never had a problem with their older FP3 or other products before, nor needed their customer service before. And although the issue took awhile to resolve, they did back their product and resolved it at no cost to me.

I just flashed my bike last week, have not been able to ride it yet. It all seemed to work as designed. Hopefully I don't run into the same issues. Once I can ride it, I plan on connecting to see that it is working. Unsure if there will be any noticeable difference.

I would like to update to say I got the new FP3 in the mail about 30 mins ago. It connected instantly and is working flawlessly so far. Snow, sleet and family obligations has me grounded, but we'll see if the auto tune goes without a hitch as well.
