Late post: Trask Nasty Bastard 2-1 side dump paired with the Trask Assault Charge air cleaner. Sounds mean! Great tone and chug just sitting in the garage. Can’t wait to get her out on the road when she is done!

Finally done with all my winter projects! New Wheels from SMT Machining/Rotation Wheels (21 front 17 rear), Chrome forks from Willy Shiny, Chrome cow bells, Progressive lowering springs, Fuel Moto stage 1 kit, V&H dresser duals, and LED headlights. Now I just need to swap the black bars for chrome but that can wait for now unless somebody has a set they want to part with. First pic is when I first bought it, second is from last year after doing the bars and quick detach kit for the tour pack. B difference over the past 2 years!

Installed the new Hogworkz Blacked out LED Halo headlights on my ‘13 RGU. Super easy install and love the way it turned out! I have more details in my Winter Build thread

middle one is brake, top and bottom are running. Sorry I already had it back on storage rack so no action shots this morning. They’re just cheap 12” self-adhesive led strips. Got like 10 of them from amazon for $8. Had done something similar on my ‘89 EG and liked it. Not quite as happy with my install on this one but they work.

This is my favorite thread. Love seeing all these beautiful Glides!! I’m looking for a low profile stock CVO seat for my 13 RGU. Anyone have one or know of someone that has one for sale? Or just a low profile seat.

Once this whole quarantine thing is over I’m heading to the dealer to try out new seats. The low profile seat I have (replica of a CVO) just doesn’t do it for me. I’m tall enough that I don’t need a low profile seat. So I’ll be selling mine. But just not til I can buy a new one.

Hard to say since I’m not ready to sell it, but the seat new is about $360 and the passenger seat another $200. It would have to sell as a set.

The wife and I took her out for a ~100 mile dance around the countryside with some folks what had a run planned. Stopped for some fine parking lot dining and shots/beer from the saddlebag. Most fun I've had since I left the office over a month ago.

The wife loves the new exhaust - Says she can hear the radio better..

Cleaned it up yesterday and went out today. Asked the wife and she didn't want to go, so I went out today for about 75 miles. Was nice out and it felt good. Would have been nice if she was there but l well...

We sold my moms house last year, so i took a ride over to see what was done. Gave me an excuse to get out...

Installed VTwinGoodies 1” rider floorboard extensions. Took less than 10 minutes for both sides. Pretty happy with the way they look. New rear fender will be here Thursday, then install and test ride with the new extensions

Put a set of 12” factory 47 bars and grips on today. I am impressed with the quality and feel of these bars. Put about 100 miles on the bike right after I installed them and they feel great. I really do love how the bike handles. View attachment 413384

I put on New Black 4 Point Docking System with Matching Caps.
Scored everything on eBay for a great price.
My Right Side Chrome 4 Point had been damaged when I crashed back in 2013 but never replaced it.
I’m liking the extra black with chrome effect.

In prep for my new rear fender (waiting on wiring harness to get here) i cleaned and polished the hidden “bumper” that the saddleBag supports mount too. I know it’s not seen ever by anyone, but I couldnt put a new fender on with a dirty, grimy bumper.

Also had to drill out some holes on the chrome fender strut covers for the 4 pt docking hardware to mount flush. Having a RGU, the strut covers don’t come form factory with the holes already there. The MOCO wants $150+ A PIECE for them. They can kick rocks. So $20 bucks later after buying a drill bit, i did it myself. Wearing proper PPE of course for the metal shavings. Polished them up and they are ready for mount as well!
