I recently bought a set of chrome lowers from Willy Shiny. They had some "blem" sets on e-bay. Listed about $60 off regular price. I called Joe and explained to him. That I would like to purchase a set. But I was concerned that the blemishes might be to noticeable. He told me if I didn't like them. He would give me a refund, including return shipping. So I bought em. Got them the other day. And I gotta say. I cannot see any blemishes. None whatsoever. And on top of that. The packaging was some of the best I've seen. I will definitely purchase from them again.

my purchase from them was stellar as well.

i've never heard a negative report from anyone on willy shiny. way better quality, and at a fraction of the hd cost.

Joe is a great guy to deal with.
He stands behind his products 100%.
I got his wheels a few years ago and still have the rear one on my Glide. I also have his chrome front brake calipers and they look awesome.
I highly recommend him if you’re looking for chrome exchange.

Thumbs up to Willy Shiny's. I bought the chrome lowers and wheels from Joe around 6 years back or so ( I can't remember exactly when) and they still look great. The lowers have some nicks in them but that's from road debris (stones) hitting them. Joe is great to deal with and you can't beat the quality and the price is great too.
