Hey guys, I've been spending alot of time reading posts on several topics for my 16 RGS.
Right now I'm looking at a new winshield. Torn between the Klock Werks" Pro Touring Flare" and Freedom Shields "Touring"
I currently have the Harley Windsplitter 12".It seems to be the right height but wind noise around my eyes and ears is terrible.
Any comments? Thanks

Windvest! The best at fixing your wind problems. There is a review in the Windshield section comparing all of them.

The only thing that the Windsplitter is good for, is "splitting" you and your hard earned money. HAHA. Totally worthless in my opinion, however I have the "Archaic" 2013 RGU, so I'm sure it's different from the new fangled bikes that were introduced in 2015. By the way, I went with the tried and true but "UGLY AS SIN" to most, the MADSTAD! Good luck finding your happy place with the right shield.

I have a Freedom on my 15 RGS. Fit and finish are excellent. It looks great and does an amazing job.

Another angle.

I would buy again, only an inch taller for better rain protection.

Splitting

The wind splitter is the same on the 15. It splits the wind in two sections. One for each ear and then the ringing starts. Bought a wind vest much better all round; and no ear ringing.

Thanks, now it's between the Freedom and the Windvest. I'll call and talk to them.
