Anybody who believes in the absolute quality of Harley Paint jobs needs to look at my front fender.

Anybody have a Stock, Mirage Orange front fender that they've replaced? Looking for one with decent paint for less than the cost of refinishing mine.

Mine is probably in the same shape as yours. I have rust on the bottom left and right sides and on the top front edge it is rippled under the paint and the edge is starting to peel away.

OK folks, the new fender is on, and looking much better than the original rusted one.

Time to say thanks to a couple of folks here, as this "new" fender seems to have a bit of RoadGlide.org history.

First, to Pacfan1967, who got a totally awesome paint job done by Frankie, found himself with an Orange fender he did not need, and sent it on to LoadToad1A7 at no charge. Awesome act of kindness.

LoadToad1A7 traded in his Mirage Orange bike for a 2015 model, and found himself with an extra fender, which he sent on to me. Once again, at no charge. Awesome act of kindness.

The fender now has a new home. Next step is to move the RoadGlide emblems off the old onto the new.

If anybody is in need of a replacement fender, I have one, no charge except for shipping. It is a bit rusty, but it is not dented in any way. It will take a bit of work to get it down to bare metal for refinishing. Color: Mirage Orange and Rusted Steel.

My front fender had a paint problem too. It's was starting to bubble and flake. My dealer took great care of me even after my warranty expired. They ordered me a new one snd it's been fine since and we're looking at about 6 years ago too
