After installing VEISUTOR Vent Turn Signal Lights, LED Front Driving Daytime Running Side Lamps with Turn Signals on a 2020 Road Glide special, the running lights no longer work in my front stock turn signals (but the turn signals do). Anyone encounter this and know why?

I don't have them, but I can tell you the issue lies in the jumper from the lights you added. Check the harness and make sure everything is seated and has the proper wiring.
Sometimes these aftermarket lights do not have their wiring correct into their plugs, I have seen a few swapped over incorrectly.
Not with that brand but EXACTLY with another I tried. Found out the in-line connector was not passing all the signals because it was not wired up. So wierd... when they sell them to function as DRL.
If your Side lamps are just the inserts into your stock bulb locations, insert the plug 180 degrees out. The same issue happened on my brother in laws bike and that was the fix.
From what I read the OP didn’t swap out his front turns, all he did was add the vent lights. So I don’t think the turn signal bulbs is the issue. At least that’s how I read read it.
