The plan is to blast up but take my time on the return.
I was going to take 81 all the way to 84 and do the Tappanzee thing, but speaking with someone who went through there recently I heard construction
north of Harrisburg was a real slowdown.
Now thinking of jumping on 78 to A-town to pick up 287 to 87 to 84.
I have never been on this stretch. Is that a good alternative? I want to stay west of the 95 horror-dor from washington to New Haven.
