Well, Temu is more expensive than Aliexpress, as Temu does stock some items in North America nad offers quicker shipping times. Same company, filtering out North American vendore that stock here. Nonetheless, it is a questionable option. Questions both ways, that is as to who made whom>

would it be cheaper if a US based member were to buy the gloves you want and ship them to you from their US address and you PayPal/venmo/whatever them the funds?

IDK exchange rates. I doubt it would be any cheaper that way.

Sometimes, but that depends on shipping costs; if a company only uses UPS from the States then I will not but the otem as their 'brokerage fees' are insanely stupid high and often costs more than the items themself. I have a buddy in Vegas that I can use if needed, he just sent me some small parts for my truck that the US company refused to ship anywhere but the USA.

Regarding these gloves though, I can't buy gloves online as my hands are ginormous and most don't fit; so I will never buy without trying when it comes to gloves, regardless of price.

I've sent numerous items outside of the USA. Canada, Australia, the UK, Japan, to name a few. Custom forms really are NBD once you do a few. Just thought I'd help if I could.
 
Ordered Aug. 27th and as of today (11/12) I have not received them. Any attempts to get a hold of them via email, social media, or calling have gone unanswered.

I'm really only writing this cause as my luck goes the minute I complain they'll show up on my doorstep.
That's terrible. That's beyond bad customer service. That's NO customer service.

It took mine about a month to show up. I'm not discouraged by that. A 1 man shop fulfilling orders...it might take some time. And it's certainly understandable that when you are a 1 man shop and your orders increase lead times will get longer and longer. BUT you have to do something about that. You can't just ignore your customers. You have to reply with "hey, sorry it's taking longer than expect to ship your gloves. We are slammed with orders and we are working hard to blah blah blah blah blah...".

If you choose to just ignore me for 3 months? Ok, I will ignore you forever. Refund requested and everyone I know will know the service you provided. That's just the way it is. Nothing personal. Business is business. Get better at running yours.
 
UPDATE: My post on here worked:rolleyes:, I received shipping confirmation about 3 hours later. I really hope these gloves are everything that I've heard and read.
It's been nearly 2 weeks, I guess they only printed the label for the box as the tracking number they provided shows that it is still in pre-shipment. Hopefully I'll see them by 2025!!

2025 is here and as of yesterday 1/08/25 I still have not received my order. I was told it would ship next week, hopefully he can find that shipping label he printed in November. At this point I just have to shake my head and laugh. Maybe by 2026...
I ordered a pair of large Oak shanks from them on 9/19 to see if they would fit better then the mediums that were ultra tight (wearable now) and just received them 12/31, shipping notice came to me on 11/26. Bummer of it all is my hands swim in the large shanks!

I've been waiting several days for a response on if I can exchange them but I don't anticipate a response as they have never responded on any prior communication. I'll be posting them for sale soon...

The product is nothing short of fantastic, it's a shame that the experience to get it is so dreadfully opposite.

That's unfortunate. And very odd that some folks here got a great experience and some folks here got a shitty experience. I'd just move on if I were in your shoes. File a dispute with the credit card or ask him for a refund and good riddance. Plenty of other gloves out there that are just as good or even better.

Yeah, sorry about all this as I think my son and I were the original purchasers of these gloves and recommended them to Smoker and he started this mess…... And the gloves are great BTW, but obviously the owner is a loser and has horrible business sense.
