That part is for a cable clutch. You're running hydraulic on your '21 aren't you?

 

HD went back to cable clutches in ‘21 on touring bikes.

@Shovelhead23 I have the Baker Drivetrain Heavy Duty Throwout Bearing Kit on My '12 Custom, which is similar to the Burly Brand that You posted. Along with the Baker, I also have a Barnett Extra Plate Clutch, Aim Variable Pressure, Aim Billet Pressure Plate, and a Binford Clutch Lever and it is "Butter Smooth" and very EZ to Pull and Hold.

any one know if 2020 Road Glide Special is hydraulic or cable I need to get this Mueller Power Clutch for my bike I added the LSS short levers and love them just a bit hard to pull.

 

2020 touring bikes were still hydraulic.
