Are they both the same fluid ? Could be the same leak. Check your air cleaner , see if it was just blow by. It's better to only fill your oil level about half way up the dots on the stick. That will help prevent blow by.

oil leakage from trans to primary...

is that what you are trying to show with the second pic? if so, that's probably not it. you can tell if you have oil migration by removing the derby cover. with the bike parked on the jiffy stand, if you remove the derby cover you should not have any oil coming out of the primary.

 

i’m trying to say, primary is full, but nothing in transmission (cap near the engine oil check cap) Second pic is for the place of oil drops from cylinder.

 

Well. Trans to primary almost solved. I need to install this rubber thing, but i shoud drill a hole in primary. So i need template. But i dont have ones maybe somebody knew how to drill it right ?

 

My local dealership did the vent for free while I waited when I first bought my '19. Maybe cuz it was still under warranty, I dunno. But I was shocked it was actually free of charge. I think a member hasd the template on this site awhile ago. I hate to see people dealing with something that definitely should be an HD fix....

make your own? if you look at how the rubber flange fits on the primary, you'll see there is a channel for it to fit in. take some ink, put it on the primary end of the hose, use it like a stamp on a piece of cereal box, then cut it out, along with the hole for the hose, then put it in the channel to see where to drill. course, this is all imo. i have not had to do this yet, but it is how i would do it. you can buy the hose for $5 or the kit for $50? i'm not paying $45 for a template. (yes, i know there is more in the kit, but i don't think it's really needed. i've removed the outer primary cover before and didn't need a new gasket. i've removed the derby cover several times, no gasket needed. i have o-rings for the drain plug. so the only extra thing is the template)

if you haven't already. if your bike didn't come with the vent hose, then you probably have a plastic piece on the end of the clutch rod that needs to be removed as well. you've got to take the slave cylinder off to do that.

Had the Trans/Primary crossover issue on my '17 M8 107. Bought a larger diameter push rod and it solved the issue. No vent installed on the primary. 20 minute install.
As for the other issue, I'll leave that to the experts.

 

Second issue costs me 800$ it is leakage of gasket between head and cylinder … to prevent it in future i bought ss bolts, and some other stuff and it cost me 420$, and a set of gaskets from top to bottom costs me 380$… bad thing is price, good thing i have 114 cylinders and pistons from my friend who moved to 128… with only 6k mileage… so as i will change gaskets i will change the cylinder also.

 

At last its ready to run.
All problems solved.
And i got somethin new inside
