The cvo 110 heads don't flow well. Fuel Moto can hook you up with all your needs. 120 hp easy in range.

Depends on what you want. Choose for me was to use the HD 117 kit. I went with the Kuryakyn 24d cam, but will say I have rode a couple bikes the used the SE585 instead of the 259's thst are supplied with the kit, and the bikes have road really nice. I set the deck height on mine to 0. The first assembly had me .013 in the hole on one cyl and .010 on the other. If you go with the 2.13 valves in the CVO heads you will have to open the valve relief up on the intake side of the pistons or they will not have enough clearance. Do some research to figure out exactly what you want to achieve and how to get there. I have a little over 60,000 on the 117 kit with no issues. I did set the compression pretty light. 193 ccp @600' because we never really know what we will find for gas and my goal was to still be 89 friendly as long as you wasn't hammering it. Been very happy with this build and end at 130 squared, with the torque down low for 2up riding. Like said do a little research to get what you want but dollar for dollar its been a good kit

I used the kit on an 09

 

Do a 117 kit, have the 110 Heads ported with 2.125 intake well over 300 cfm capable. TMan 660 PS2 or 662-2 PS2 Cams, HPI 58/62 Throttle Body you'll be knocking on 140/140.

 

Tire Shredder 117 from the MoCo, tuned with a PV or TMax, 120/120.

Have the heads CNC'd also and add some longer breathing cams, it'll be more like 135/135

Just be aware that after about 120/120 you have to start spending money on the primary side. And you'll need a straight sound crank as well as some additional cooling to make it last.

 

Clutch at a minimum if you are using shorter cams that build torque early
